Ultrasonically welded covers are built for high-stress situations in operating theatres and ICU wards. The cover is 100% impermeable and protects the mattress even in the most critical moments. It's washable at 95°C and fully safe for health.

Combining polyester fibres with a top polyurethane layer gives the cover a range of excellent functional properties. It's strong and durable, ideal for hospital use as well as home care. It's impermeable, protecting the healthcare mattress from damage. The welded cover is joined using ultrasonic welding technology. This makes it 100% impermeable and suitable for protecting mattresses even in the most demanding environments, such as operating theatres or ICU wards. The MEDCOVER mattress cover has undergone laboratory testing and can safely be washed at 95°C, withstanding dozens of wash cycles at that temperature.

The cover's surface has a fire-retardant finish meeting the CRIB5 class parameter and can be disinfected with various types of products, including alcohol-based solutions. The cover meets all standards required for healthcare use and carries all the necessary certifications. It features an L-shaped zip fitted with a protective drip guard.
