Welded covers
For environments with the highest demands on hygiene, we offer covers welded using advanced ultrasonic technology. By eliminating sewing needles, we achieve 100% impermeability not only across the fabric surface, but also in critical areas—along seams and edges.
The faux leather is antibacterial, complies with the CRIB 5 flame retardancy standard, and withstands rigorous disinfection protocols as well as washing at up to 95 °C. Thanks to the absence of threads and smooth edges, there are no hidden breeding grounds for dirt and bacteria buildup, substantially helping prevent the transmission of hospital-acquired infections and prolonging the lifespan of expensive bed equipment.

We regularly stock these four colours in a 200 g/m² weight. However, thanks to our flexible production capabilities, we can supply custom colours and tailor the weight to your exact requirements. Custom printing is also available upon request.
