Sewn covers
MEDCOVER medical covers represent a durable solution designed for demanding daily operations and strict hygiene regimes in healthcare and social care services. They ensure liquid impermeability while maintaining vapour permeability, thereby protecting the mattress core and simultaneously reducing the risk of pressure ulcer development. The material meets strict flame-retardant requirements according to the CRIB 5 standard and is antibacterial—actively preventing the reproduction of pathogens and forming a reliable barrier against biological contamination.
The material is resistant to abrasion and disinfectants, and allows thermal disinfection by washing up to 95 °C without loss of elasticity, impermeability, or protective properties. We supply both standard sizes and custom solutions with a choice of weight, colour options, and custom printing.
In-stock items
We regularly stock these four colours in a 200 g/m² weight. However, thanks to our flexible production capabilities, we can supply custom colours and tailor the weight to your exact requirements. Custom printing is also available upon request.
