Another interesting award at the Interzum trade fair went to the Boyteks brand that won the Interzum Award - High Product Quality for its Go Green product.

However, it is not just an advertising craze, but the product has won the award for a significant reason. The mattress cover does not contain antimony or PFCs which are harmful to health and the environment, and are intensively used in many areas of textile production (from fibres to finishing processes). The International Agency for Research on Cancer has even classified antimony as carcinogenic. PFCs penetrate the human body, and it takes 9-21 years for the body to excrete them.
The Go Green mattress cover does not contain PFCs or antimony. In addition, hazardous waste generation is reduced during the production, thus reducing water pollution.

This cover is made using a special technology where probiotic spores are encapsulated in microcapsules. It is an innovative form of capturing microscopic parts on textile fibres, which are protected from evaporation, oxidation and other contamination. Friction opens the microcapsules and releases the probiotic spores. Allergens serve as food for probiotics, and are thus eliminated from textile.
